Basic Freediving Course
The SSI Basic Freediving program provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely participate in the recreational sport of freediving (breath-hold diving) with an SSI Professional in a pool/confined water environment.

Freediving Level 1
When you become an SSI Level 1 freediver, you open the door to worldwide freediving opportunities. Learning to freedive with SSI is easier than you think.

Freediving Level 2
This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 30 meters. You will earn the SSI Level 2 Freediving certification after completing this program.
